Shipping Policy
Purpose
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Minturi are processed, shipped, and delivered. It provides information about shipping timelines, delivery conditions, tracking, and customer responsibilities.
Shipping Destination and Cost
- Minturi currently ships to customers in the United States only.
- Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 04:00 PM (EDT) are processed on the next business day.
Transit and Delivery Time
- Shipping transit time is 4–6 days, Monday to Friday.
- The total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is 5–9 business days.
Shipment Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. A separate shipping update email will then be sent with your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment from dispatch through delivery.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to external conditions, including logistics disruptions, weather, or high demand. Additional time may be required beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery. If your order still has not arrived after this extended period, contact us at info@minturi.com, and the issue will be investigated promptly.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@minturi.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Your request will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided in accordance with consumer protection laws, including an exchange or a refund issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
You can request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at info@minturi.com.
Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and returns must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
